Terms of Sale

1. Seller. Products on this website are sold by Enzo Agostini, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) trading as Velvetide, 24 Rue Nicolas Copernic, 34170 Castelnau-le-Lez, France. Contact: imperialenzo955@gmail.com.

2. Orders. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable, in which case you will be fully refunded.

3. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order through the payment methods offered at checkout.

4. Delivery. Estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Orders containing several products may arrive in separate parcels.

5. Your right to cancel. You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To cancel, email us at imperialenzo955@gmail.com. Further details are in our Refund Policy.

6. Faulty or incorrect items. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will replace it or refund you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Personal data. We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law. These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.
