Refund policy

We want you to love your Velvetide order. You can return items within 30 days of receiving them.

Your right to cancel (14 days): under UK and EU consumer law you can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day window goes further than this.

How to return: email us at imperialenzo955@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Condition: for hygiene reasons, hair accessories must be unused and returned in their original packaging. This does not apply to faulty items.

Return postage: unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is paid by the customer.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items: please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

Refunds: once your return is received and checked, we will refund your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.
