Using The Curl Set

What's included in The Curl Set?
A heatless curling rod (soft foam core, satin-finish cover), two matching scrunchies, a claw clip and a drawstring storage pouch.

How do I use it?
Start with damp (not wet) or towel-dried hair, or lightly mist dry hair. Place the rod over your crown and secure it with the claw clip, wrap sections of hair around each side and fasten the ends with the scrunchies. Sleep on it or leave it in for a few hours, then unwrap and finger-comb.

Will it work on my hair?
It works best on shoulder-length hair and longer. Results vary with hair type, length and how damp the hair is.

Does it use heat?
No. The curls are set while your hair dries around the rod — no heat tools needed.

Orders & delivery

Do you deliver to the UK?
Yes. Every order ships with tracking. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 6–10 working days for The Curl Set and 4–7 working days for our satin pillowcases and scrunchies.

How much is delivery?
Delivery costs are always shown at checkout before you pay. Larger UK orders qualify for free tracked delivery — the threshold is applied automatically at checkout.

Why did my order arrive in separate parcels?
Our products are dispatched from our partner warehouse overseas, so different products may arrive separately.

Returns

Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please email us with your order number before sending anything back. Faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
